The Commission Directive 2008/67/EC (fourth amendment of the technical annexes) amending directive 96/968/EC on marine equipment(the so called MED) was adopted on 30 June 2008 and published on the Official Journal (OJ L 171, p. 16) on 1st July. Download it from here.
The foreseen consultation has been postponed and it is now likely to be launched next year.
